Fas receives donation from the Governor Eduardo Braga

The Amazonas Sustentável Foundation received a donation of 30 thousand euros from Governor Eduardo Braga on 04/14, in Sevilla (Spain). The donation was forwarded to FAS after the governor received the maximum award from the Nodo Sevilla Foundation, for projects on environmental preservation developed in the State of Amazonas. The Nodo Sevilla Foundation has been a reference in Europe for such initiatives, which are turning the Spanish city into an example of sustainable development.
The award ceremony - and the subsequent donation to the Amazonas Sustentável Foundation - was held in the plenary of the local Parliament, with the presence of civil and religious authorities, as well as the local press. The mayor Alfredo Sánchez Monteserin handed over the trophy to the governor of Amazonas, symbolizing the award.
